New Techline Training Classes

Techline Technologies, Inc., the makers of the TOMManikin® family of manikins and Techline Trauma wound simulations has expanded its offerings to include certified medical training.

National Association of EMT Certification

  • Bleeding Control for the Injured (B-Con) teaches participants the basic life-saving medical interventions, including bleeding control with a tourniquet, bleeding control with gauze packs or topical hemostatic agents, and opening an airway to allow a casualty to breathe. The course is designed for NON tactical law enforcement officers, firefighters, security personnel, teachers and other civilians requiring this basic training. 2 Hour

 

  • LEFR-TCC teaches public safety first responders including police, other law enforcement officers, firefighters, and other first responders the basic medical care interventions that will help save an injured responder's life until EMS practitioners can safely enter a tactical scene. It combines the principles of PHTLS and TCCC, and meets the recommendations of the Hartford Consensus document and TECC guidelines. 8 Hour
 
  • NAEMT's Tactical Combat Casualty Care course introduces evidence-based, life-saving techniques and strategies for providing the best trauma care on the battlefield, under the auspices of the PHTLS program. It is the only TCCC course endorsed by the American College of Surgeons.  16 Hour
